Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of ERP software solutions.

Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements from clients in the Middle East and India.
Collaborate with clients and the development team to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and documented.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and requirements.
Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
Assist in the design and implementation of ERP systems.
Provide support and training to end users.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software development industry, with a focus on ERP solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with ERP software and business analysis tools and techniques.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
