The problem

Spreadsheets & disconnected apps break at scale

Six expensive symptoms we see every week at SME factories before they move to a unified ERP.

  • Raw material runs out mid-production because purchase did not see the latest sales orders.
  • Finished-goods inventory does not match physical stock at month end.
  • Work-in-progress costing is a guess — labour, machine and overhead are tracked separately.
  • Quotations under-price jobs because the BOM was not updated when supplier rates changed.
  • Quality rejections are recorded on paper and never roll up to actionable reports.
  • GST e-way bills, e-invoicing in India, VAT in GCC — all need duplicate data entry.

How it works

Go live in three clear phases

A phased rollout that minimises risk while showing wins in the first 30 days.

1

Discover & map

Two-week kick-off: process maps, master data templates, integration checklist, and a written cutover plan.

2

Configure & train

Modules configured to your workflows. Power users trained on real data. Parallel run with old system for one month.

3

Go live & scale

Hyper-care for the first 30 days. Then we add advanced modules (QC, plant maintenance, BI) on a quarterly cadence.

The platform

Core modules inside stimesERP for manufacturing

Every module shares one database. Sales orders flow to production, production consumes inventory, inventory updates finance — automatically.

01

Bill of Materials & Routing

Multi-level BOMs, alternate items, version control, operation-wise routing with machine and labour rates.

02

Production Planning

MRP, MPS, work orders, capacity planning, sub-contracting and job-work tracking.

03

Shop-floor Execution

Job cards, operator login, downtime, scrap, real-time WIP and OEE on mobile and tablet.

04

Inventory & Stores

Multi-warehouse, batch / serial / lot, FIFO & weighted average, mobile picking and put-away.

05

Quality Management

Inward, in-process and final QC; non-conformance reports; CAPA workflow; rejection costing.

06

Procurement

Reorder-level alerts, RFQ, vendor scoring, GRN against PO and 3-way match before payment.

07

Sales & Dispatch

Quotations, customer-wise pricing, dispatch planning, e-way bill and e-invoice from one screen.

08

Plant Maintenance

Preventive schedules, breakdown tickets, spares consumption and machine history.

09

Finance & Costing

Job-wise / order-wise costing, GST, VAT, multi-currency, IFRS-compliant statements.

The outcome

Benefits manufacturers see in 90 days

  • 15–25% lower inventory because MRP only buys what live orders need.
  • On-time-in-full (OTIF) improves once dispatch sees production status live.
  • Accurate per-order costing exposes loss-making SKUs and customers.
  • Statutory filing time drops because GST and e-invoice files are generated from the same ledger.
  • Plant managers, owners and CFOs share one number — the closing stock is not a debate any more.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is stimesERP cloud-based or on-premise?
stimesERP is delivered as a secure cloud platform on AWS Mumbai and Bahrain regions. On-premise deployment is available for specific compliance requirements.
Does it handle GST e-invoicing and e-way bills?
Yes. e-invoice IRN and QR are generated directly from sales invoices, and e-way bills are produced from dispatch with no rekeying.
Can it manage job-work and sub-contracting?
Yes. We track material issued to sub-contractors, return of finished components, ITC-04 reporting and job-work charges automatically.
How long does implementation take?
A typical SME factory goes live in 8–12 weeks. The phased rollout starts with finance and inventory, then production and shop-floor.
Will it integrate with our existing machines and weighbridge?
Yes. We integrate with weighbridges, barcode and QR scanners, PLC / SCADA endpoints, and any system that exposes a CSV, API or SQL view.
What does it cost?
stimesERP is priced per concurrent user per month with an implementation fee that depends on modules and integrations. We share a written proposal after the demo.
