Services we deliver — including stimesERP subscriptions, implementation and custom development — are governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over these terms in the event of a conflict.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kozhikode, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law in your country of residence provides otherwise. Service agreements with our UAE, Qatar and Saudi entities may specify a different governing law and forum.
